Cooling attachment to place an eutectic plate.
With this device the cold pack does not take up any space in the Thermobox and is not in direct contact with the food. The cooling attachment is available for Thermo Future Box GN 1/1 or GN 1/2.
The Thermobox and the eutectic plate are sold separately.
The cooling attachment is designed to place a cold eutectic plate on it. The cooling attachment is inserted between the Thermobox and its lid. Large holes in the cooling attachment allow the cold from the eutectic plate to gradually dissipate downwards, into the Thermobox.
Thanks to this system, the useful volume of the Thermobox remains unchanged and the food is not in direct contact with the cold pack.
